$95 Fall Mini Sessions are Here!

 
Mini Sessions - $95 for three weeks in November!


Available for weekday sessions Monday 11/1 through Wednesday 11/24, book your 30 minute mini session for either in studio or on location near the studio for $95.

Mini Sessions are perfect for creating unforgettable holiday gifts and artistic holiday cards! Your choice of in the Alameda studio or on location near the studio featuring urban, woodsy or bay beachy - we can find something that matches your style for custom portraits of you and yours.

Mini Sessions include a phone consult to discuss location, clothing, people in session, as well as a 60 minute post-consultation in the studio with Anna to view the images and place your order. Post-consults for mini sessions are available weekday afternoons, Wednesday evenings and some Sunday evenings. All post consults and orders must be completed by Friday 12/3/10 for Christmas Delivery.

Holiday Deadlines

Our official cut off this year is November 24th for sessions that are intended for holiday cards and holiday gifts - which will give us plenty of time to create our custom design cards and beautiful fine art prints and deliver them to you in time for you to get them out for the holidays. If you have not scheduled your fall family portrait session - we still have some openings, but they are going fast - so call the studio 510-748-8959 to schedule.

Well it took me a while to edit down the hundreds of images that I took the day of the event, but I finally got them edited, sorted and uploaded for all to see and vote on. I have to admit that these dogs had me laughing as I edited away because they are such characters!

Come have your dog photographed by Bay Area pet photographer Anna Myers at the Puparazzi Portraits event at Jack London Square on Sunday, June 13th - and your dog could be a star on the East Bay SPCA’s website and newsletter, Animal Friends!

The proceeds of your $20 session fee will go entirely to support the East Bay SPCA and secures your ten-minute portrait session with Anna Myers Photography. Specially priced images will be available online to purchase as prints or digital downloads starting at $35. Each dog can be entered into up to 3 contests which include Biggest Dog, Senior Dog, Smallest Dog, Ugliest dog, Best Groomed Dog and Best Dressed Dog. Contest voting will take place online – so get your friends and family ready to vote for your dog! The winner for each contest will be featured on the home page of the East Bay SPCA, and the dog with the most votes overall - the Top Dog - will be featured on the cover of the East Bay SPCA newsletter Animal Friends!

Sessions are by appointment only. The $20 session fee is due at sign up time to secure your spot.

NOTE: if you are bringing more than one dog, please schedule a session for each if you want a portrait of them individually and want them entered into one or more contests. We WILL photograph them together as well. If you are bringing more than one dog and ONLY want a portrait of them together just schedule one appointment.

Humans are welcome in the pics with the dogs too! But we will need a solo pic of each dog for contest entry.

The Sweetest Valentine's Gift - Love Books are a Hit!

Wow! We have had so much fun with our Love Book sessions the past two weeks! Clients came prepared with their quotes by choosing from a list or creating their own. They selected a style of book which we based the background color and clothing around. Then we had a short, creative session at my photography studio in Alameda to capture the images to put with the quotes. After the session, they chose their images from an online gallery for their book and we assembled the quotes with the images into a *sweet* valentine's love book. And the results are Fabulous! I only wish I could see the faces of the people who are receiving these love books as Valentine's Gifts. 

For those of you that still want to get in on the fun - you can give the Love Book as a gift session and book on Valentine's Day as long as the session is scheduled on a weekday (9am to 4pm) in February. Click here to see the original post for the sweet deal!

The Love Book

One of our most popular products is our albums – so we came up with a way to offer a special Valentines album at a Great Price that will be Priceless to whoever is the lucky recipient. So here is the deal – for $295 you get a 30 minute weekday session with Anna, an 8x8 Love Quotes book with 6 images from the session and your chosen quotes or you child’s quotes. To make it EXTRA EASY, you bring your quotes with you to the session, and then after the session the images will be uploaded to a 3-day online gallery for you to select the 6 images, then we put it all together and ship your book to you! Additional pages/images can be added to the book for $50 each. Then you will have a fantastic custom Love book to give that special someone for Valentines Day!  But here is the catch – in order to have the books ready in time, we are only offering the Love Book Sessions between 9am and 4:30pm Jan 19th – Jan 22nd, and Jan 25th – Jan 29th .  Full payment of the $295 is due at the time of sign up for your session.
