Lifestyle Photography Session at Grandma's House

It was time for new photos of the grandchildren with Katie - I just love working with this woman!  She is so animated with her grandkids that we always have a wonderfully fun session - filled with laughter and great expressions.  Katie loves a more casual, lifestyle photography look for modern children's portraits that are natural and timeless - so we did the session at her beautiful home and backyard with the two girls who are sisters and their boy cousin.  Here are some of my favorites from the session...
   

 

 

Multi-Generational Shot - Baby Sophie, Mom, Grandma and Great Grandma too!

Baby Sophie is one of my Oh Baby! Club babies right now - which means I have the wonderful job of photographing her several times during her first year.  For this session, we did a multi-generational portrait with Baby, Mom, Grandma and Great Grandma. We even had another great grandmother in the portraits as well, but I wanted to get a couple of my favorites up- even though the full set of pictures are not retouched yet.  Generational shots can still be casual and natural - even though we are in the studio. 
 

Then of course Sophie always turns on the charm for her individual shots as well. At 6 to 7 months, babies can usually sit very well, and it is a great time for a portrait session.  With the Oh Baby! Club, Sophie and her family can come in regularly during the first year to capture all of her stages for a great price.  This one was too cute to leave out...
